Delivery & Return Information

Delivery

We usually expect to dispatch within 1-2 days. If an item is found to be out of stock and  there is likely to be a delay we will inform you by e-mail or telephone and delivery will follow as soon as possible.

Usually, items that are out of stock or 'available to order' will be ready for dispatch within a week.

UK: Delivery is by First Class post - please note that we offer FREE DELIVERY on UK orders OVER £20 in value.

International: Airmail delivery usually takes between 5-7 working days, depending on the postal system of the country concerned. Please note that delays may be caused by customs and excise in countries outside the EU and we regret that we cannot offer free delivery to our overseas customers.

Postage Rates: The cost of delivery is given at the checkout.

UK: According to the value of the order placed:

         Orders  up to  £20.00 in value:                   £ 2.50

         Orders over £20.00 in value:                     FREE

INTERNATIONAL: A flat rate is charged for Airmail carriage of parcels, which must weigh less than 2kg.

EUROPE:                                                  £ 5.00    (for parcel <2kg) 
REST OF THE WORLD:                          £10.00   (for parcel <2kg)

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail unless special arrangements are made for a courier.

Returns Policy

If you find an item unsuitable when it arrives, you may return it to us for exchange or refund, as long as the item is in unused and perfect order and that you return it within 7 days of receipt.

We suggest that you keep a proof of posting for your records and you will be responsible for the cost of posting.
Should you find a faulty item or that an error has been made on our part and incorrect items sent, please contact us and we will be happy to rectify the problem!
