Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel an order: should goods be unavailable, where your details are incomplete or if payment is not received. We will always offer alternative goods where possible.

We know that on occasion you may wish to cancel your order and we would like to make this as easy as possible. If you are not happy with any purchase for any reason, you can return it, and we will replace or refund it immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights. If the goods are faulty or sent out incorrectly, we will refund the postage on receipt of the parcel, otherwise the return of unused and unwanted items will at your own cost. Please inform us by e-mail or by telephone that you will be returning the goods and return to the address given below. We endeavour to process cancellations within 7 days of receiving the goods.
