Alb Zauber Extra is Schoppel-wolle's first 8-ply sock yarn with the beloved Crazy Zauberball dye effect - achieved by plying 2 gradient strands together.

HAND WASH ONLY or use the wool programme of a washing machine at 30°C. The yarn is NOT superwash treated, so requires care when washing - it will felt at a higher temperature or with a more vigorous wash (which might be useful for slippers!)

As this is a 50 ball, you will need 3-4 balls for a pair of socks .

Composition: 75% Pure New Wool, 25% Nylon
Ball size: 50g ball = 115m approx.
Needle size: 4–5mm
Tension: 30sts x 40rows = 10cm x 10cm
Care: HAND WASH / wool programme of a washing machine at 30°C
