Cancellations, returns and refunds
All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
If you wish cancel an order, please do so as soon as you can. If you wish to return goods, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving them too meet the cancellation deadline. Please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period of 14 days has expired.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under a duty of care to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us at our contact address, at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
If there is a problem with any item purchased at ArtYarn, please contact us so that we can resolve the matter. Faulty products will be replaced or refunded in full, including any postage costs incurred.
If you find an item unsuitable when it arrives, you may return it to us for exchange or refund, as long as the item is unused and in perfect order, and that you return it to us within 28 days of receipt.
